Light in strength, bold in character – GNISH by Kalevala is our innovative low-alcohol spirit with just 16.3% ABV. Created for those who seek full flavour with less alcohol, GNISH delivers a vibrant, refreshing profile that shines in light summer cocktails.

At its heart is the warming spice of fresh ginger – the inspiration behind the name – complemented by bright citrus notes of lemon, gentle lemon balm, and the earthy, nutty depth of Jerusalem artichoke that gives the blend its unique structure. A truly distinctive composition that is both mild and aromatic.

As with all our spirits, GNISH is handcrafted with care and dedication in our family-run Finnish distillery. Produced in small batches and made exclusively with natural ingredients.
