Runoi Rum

Tucked away in the forest of Easternmost Finland, this unique Rum has been created by the Kalevala Distillery in collaboration with selected distilleries from equatorial to northern latitudes.

Production & ingredients
Runoi Rum is created in cooperation between the Kalevala Distillery and selected distilleries in Barbados and the Dominican Republic, where it is aged for 5 and 8 respectively. At the Kalevala distillery we further blend the rum with the pure water from our own well and age it a further six months in fresh oak casks. Finally the rum is bottled and a cotton label is attached by hand.

Tasting notes
The refined taste of our rum includes hues of roasted almond and caramelised orange. The finish reveals nuances of chocolate, vanilla and fresh mango. A sophisticated taste experience awaits you in each Runoi Rum bottle.
